Triple Scoops pre-order terms and conditions

1. Presale Period

   • The presale period for Triple Scoops begins on July 31, 2024, and ends on September 15, 2024. Orders placed during this period will be fulfilled as soon as the game is available for shipment around the end of September 2024.

2. Shipping and Delivery

   • All presale orders will be shipped once the game is in stock. We estimate shipping will commence on or around September 21, 2024. Please note that this date is an estimate and may change based on production and logistics.

3. Payment

   • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order copy of Triple Scoops. 

4. Returns and Refunds

   • We only accept returns for damaged or defective items or if your package is missing pieces. If your game arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Proof of damage or missing components will be required (e.g., photos).

   • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@funfirstproductions.com. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of authorization.

5. Cancellation Policy

   • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@funfirstproductions.com. After 48 hours, all sales are final, except for cases of damaged or defective items or missing pieces, as outlined above.

6. Order Changes

   • If you need to change your shipping address or other order details, please contact us immediately at support@funfirstproductions.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been shipped.
